I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training because I wanted to teach this properly. Anatomy, safe sequencing, how to actually help someone brand new.
I'm based in Vietnam. Most of my students are in the Philippines and join live on Zoom. I also teach in person locally when schedules line up.
Group classes run on a regular weekly schedule. Privates we agree on the time, whenever it works for both of us.
No experience needed. I'll guide you through everything.
